what do i need to prepare in advance?

We will need access to your domain host (login information and password), your brand information including your logo, brand colors, and brand typography, any photos/videos you'd like on your site, copy if you're providing it for us, and any special notes about your business you want to make sure get included. Beyond that, you are hands off.

how does billing work?

We require half down for the website of your choice at the time the agreement is signed. The remaining half is billed when the website is complete. If you need special payment arrangements, let us know. We are happy to work out a plan that works for you and us.
